Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We cannot accept returns sent back without prior authorisation.

Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, we will provide information on how to send the parcel back to us. 

  • If you choose store credit or exchange, we will cover your return shipping costs. 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status.

  • If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • It may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
